All production on pre-sale orders will be started within 2-3 weeks AFTER the the date of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends, and will be shipped via USPS.
Standard production times are 7-21 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Production times does not include shipping timelines. Depending on where you are in the U.S., you will receive your item(s) within 1 to 7 business days after it is completed and shipped out.
We include a tracking number with every order.
We assure that your order will be shipped in a timely manner. We are, in no way, responsible for delays resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, acts of God, weather conditions, or power failures. USPS will attempt to delivery for three consecutive days. If no response is received, your order will be sent back to us. You will be charged shipping again to have the order re-shipped.
