Production times do not include shipping time. Depending on where you are in the U.S., you will receive your item(s) within 1 to 7 business days after they are completed and shipped out. We do not ship items separately. If you order a Pre-Order item, we recommend purchasing it separately to ensure that shipping costs are covered for all items.

We include a tracking number with every order.

Shipping time frames are as follows:

Standard Shipping methods normally take between 1-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping methods normally take between 2-3 business days.***
Next Day Shipping takes 1 business day if ordered before 11:00 AM Eastern Time Zone in order for items to be processed and shipped out the same day.***

We do not ship internationally or outside of the 50 states, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the following territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We assure that your order will be shipped in a timely manner. We are, in no way, responsible for delays resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, acts of God, weather conditions, or power failures. USPS will attempt to delivery for three consecutive days. If no response is received, your order will be sent back to us. You will be charged shipping again to have the order re-shipped.
