Kindly note that once garments have been worn or washed, they are considered accepted and cannot be returned. Custom Orders
Customers are welcome to provide their own artwork, and our skilled creators can make adjustments based on the design. We offer a range of ideas on our website that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Please note that all designs generated by Official 1947 become the exclusive property of Official 1947.
To streamline the process, artwork can be emailed for approval. However, it is crucial to respond promptly to ensure timely processing of your order as requested. For efficient handling, kindly send your artwork to Customer Service with "Custom Design" in the subject line of the email.
We can utilize the art you provide, even in instances where we need to redraw or retouch your art, however an additional charge of $45.00 will apply to your order. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines will contribute to a smooth and timely fulfillment of your order.
Shipment
Never refuse shipment for any reason. In the event that your item arrives broken, or damaged, all packaging and boxes must be saved. You must send an email, with the order number in the subject line to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the item(s) and packaging.
Variations and Colors on the Internet
Please note that though we manufacture some items in-house, others are imported from various manufacturers, and over time, suppliers may change their product style and selection.
